Lead Screening Toolkit for Providers

Childhood Lead Screening Toolkit (4.7MB)

This toolkit provides clinics with an easy-to-use model for incorporating
consistent lead exposure risk assessment into pediatric visits. If you have wanted to increase your lead screening rates at your clinic, but haven’t had the time to design and construct an efficient system, these resources are for you!

We hope that this toolkit will increase risk assessment and risk-based
screening rates in your clinic, and we thank you for your commitment to
improving the health and well-being of children in our community.
