To schedule a medical or WIC appointment in one of the Health Department's Primary Care clinics or to receive information about Health Department services, call the Appointment & Information Center at 503-988-3333. Our hours are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We have operators who speak English, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
